´Anyone can learn to stop and start a car but it takes a real teacher to make you aware of foreward planning, being safe and and aware of your surroundings and equip you to be independant. You cannot find a better teacher to do that than Diana!



She gives good instructions, explains where things can go wrong and empowers you to make solid judgements.



I just passed my test (not sure why I doubted myself when I had practiced with Diana) but I am glad she had the insight to know when I was ready.

Before Diana, I´d had two different instructors and I was certain that I´d never be able to learn how to drive a manual! I was constantly anxious of driving and was on the edge of giving up.



After just a couple of lessons with Diana I felt much calmer when driving and I started to enjoy my lessons with such a friendly, helpful and thorough instructor.



Over the last few lessons with Diana I felt my driving standard increase dramatically in all aspects.

When I first learnt to drive, I was in a rush to take my test and hadn’t taken enough time to learn to drive properly. After failing my first test (with another instructor) and not being in the driver’s seat for over 5 years, I was very unenthusiastic about starting up lessons again.



I started taking lessons with Diana and quickly realised how awful I was and how far I still had to go - we had to go back to the basics. My general awareness and planning was very weak, but Diana was incredibly patient with me and very thorough, so she helped me kick the bad habits and finally get there! Ultimately, Diana helped me not only pass my test, but become a good, safe driver and my confidence improved massively. Thank you so much Diana!

Superb driving lessons!

Diana is an amazing teacher. I have been driving in the States (US license) for 46 years. I thought getting a license in the UK would not be a difficult endeavour. My first lesson with Diana taught me otherwise. Driving here is very different and I had picked up some bad habits over the years.



Her patience, knowledge, and tremendous ability to teach was crucial to passing my road test. But, more importantly, because of Diana’s guidance I have become a better (and safer) driver.

I came to Diana with very little confidence on the road, with some previous driving experience but not having been taught well. Her calm and collected approach to teaching worked immediately, and I started progressing much faster than I had before. Driving lessons were not only incredibly productive now, but also a chance to have some lovely conversations. This way of teaching meant that I didn’t see driving as a huge, daunting task, but a manageable one. As I progressed she was always incredibly patient with me; she kept me calm when I panicked and made sure I corrected absolutely every mistake that I was making. This attention to detail meant that even though I took my test in an area that wasn’t previously familiar to me, I passed first time because she made sure I knew it well by the time of my test. I can’t thank her enough, I miss our conversations lots and I’ll definitely be back for some Pass Plus lessons in the future!

I contacted Diana on a Wednesday afternoon, with a hope that I would be driving by myself just ten days later. I hadn´t expected her to take the news too well... But she said we´d be able to make a sensible decision based on my first 90min lesson.



In truth, I had driven before - but my Channel Islands license had expired some years ago and I had no real need to get things fired up again until very recently.



Diana was exemplary; her cool, calm and collected manner rubbed off on me from the moment I sat in the car.



A world away from lessons I´d had more than a decade previously, driving was obviously number one priority - but she was able to keep me relaxed (yet focused!) in pressurised situations... of my own making. This was as much a battle with the mental aspects of being in control of half a tonne of metal, as the actual techniques of manipulating the vehicle.



Never have I been able to witter on about so much, and babble about the things in my life without being told to be quiet.



As much as a driving instructor as a reader and understander of people, I´d surmise that I probably owe Diana more money for therapy, than I paid for my lessons...



I passed. I was, and still am, elated. It was down to some perfectly tailored teaching - I´m thrilled to be able to recommend Diana. She´s ace. She´s amazing. She not only helped me take control of a car, but my life too.

Recently passing my driving, test I thought I should share my experience of learning with Diana. Growing up with learning differences (Dyspraxia, Dyslexia and ADHD) I always knew learning to drive would be a personal challenge with regards to how I learn. On starting learning with Diana she was patient and reassuring, something which was apparent through my whole driving experience, even when I struggled to remember scenarios which had already been well covered previously.



Along with the previous points, Diana was a clear instructor, always explained everything in detail before and whilst I learnt new manoeuvres and driving (in new areas and situations) allowing plenty of practise time though out lessons. I would strongly recommend learning with Diana, she will cover all the requirements in great detail and is always happy to help you understand any questions you may have regarding your learning and driving.)

Diana´s lessons won´t just teach you to drive, but how to be a safe driver as well. The lessons go at your own pace as your confidence in driving is built up. She is able to understand how you learn as an individual and uses that to help you progress. Diana is easy to get on with and I enjoyed our chats during the lessons- I am going to miss them a lot! I spent a lot of time and money ´learning´ to drive with a local intensive driving school and after failing 2 driving tests with them I had lost hope of passing and ever becoming a good driver.



My older brother and sister who both took lessons with Diana and are confident drivers on the road recommended I try taking some lessons with Diana before I sit another test.

After a few weeks worth of lessons I feel a lot more comfortable with my driving and safer on the road as Diana explained what I should be doing and made sure I was properly prepared.

I realise now I wasn´t anywhere near ready to have taken a test previously as 5 days wasn´t long enough for me to become a safe driver.

From my very first lesson with Diana, I knew that she was the right instructor for me. Not only because of her patience and obvious experience but because she was so friendly, immediately making me feel relaxed and comfortable which is so important when learning something so new. Diana is a top class instructor. I certainly won´t have passed the test without her. She has this special ability to get rid of your bad driving habits. I was a below average skilled driver and just 10 days of her training helped me gain confidence, get rid of this worry of having to take care of too many things-my driving, signals, road markings etc. I started feeling in control and eventually passed the test!! She is such a calming presence on the test day. As I write this , my mind is filled with gratitude for her and I will certainly be recommending her to my friends!"

Diana was definitely the instructor for me, I wouldn´t have felt as comfortable and at ease learning with anyone else but her. Diana is a truly amazing instructor! My road confidence was at an all time low after having had 4 tests with another large company, but Diana found the way to get through to me! With her calm and skilful guidance. Diana catered each lesson personally to me, with an extremely useful mock test feature.
